Making your Tahini Nummy Dressing or Sauce
Combine 3/4 cups of tahini with 1/2 - 1 whole lemon depending on how lemony you like it, add a small amt of salt if desired. Use a food processor or a blender, or the force of you muscles and a potato masher and fork.
Add in minced garlic, or garden fresh green onions, or garlic scapes. This is dependent on taste and how much zing you want.
Add some pure water at small amounts beginning with a tablespoon. You can create the desired thickness depending if it will be a dressing for salad or other greens like grilled asparagus. Or you can keep it thicker so you can spread on sandwiches, wraps, or as a veggie dip.
The important part of recipes is to play with it! Want more dressing do a cup of tahini or a cup and half. Play with the lemon- sometimes it is awesome to add tons of it!
Garnish with sesame seeds if desired
